April 1925 was unusually warm in the southeastern region of the United States. The average daily mean temperature was five to 20 degrees warmer than normal. In April 1986, the temperatures were unusually up and down throughout the month. There were broken records of both minimum and maximum temperatures throughout South Carolina.
