89; Blackville, December 14, 1906

From December 13-17, 1906, there was a period of unusually high temperatures. This included eleven days of high temperatures greater than 70 degrees in southeastern South Carolina and eight days of warm temperatures in the central portion of the state. The mean temperature was one degree above normal. Blackville had the state’s greatest monthly range being 71 degrees.
