February 1957

Northern South Carolina received the month’s most frequent precipitation throughout the state. The last three days of February experienced some thunderstorms, with none being severe. Sassafras Mountain and the rest of the Mountain and Northwest regions of the state saw the highest totals of precipitation. However, most of the state experienced deficient rainfall for February despite receiving rain almost every day of the month.
