Public notices and special consumer interest notices will be posted to this bulletin board on a regular basis. Intent to Sole Source and Statement of Awards will also be posted for public notice.
Notices to Vendors Doing Business with DNR:
For the purpose of establishing a vendor record, vendors who wish to do business with the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources are required to submit a Substitute W-9 form. Once this form has been submitted and verified by the South Carolina Comptroller General’s Office, the vendor is added to the State of South Carolina’s vendor system, and the vendor is free to do business with the State. Payment cannot be processed to a vendor until the form has been completed and submitted.
