If you are interested in applying for licensure in SC or to take the LARE in SC, please download the appropriate forms and return them to our office. For licensure, you will need to download the Landscape Architect Application (321 KB) 
. First time LARE candidates will need to download the Landscape Architect Application (321 KB) and the appropriate registration forms for the administration of the exam that you wish to take. All applicants (for licensure or the LARE) must also submit five (5) professional references, three (3) of which must be registered landscape architects (in any state) and a certified copy of your college transcripts. If you have a CLARB Council Record, please contact the council office and have them send us a copy of your record. We will accept the transcripts and three (3) professional reference on that file, so you will only need to provide two (2) additional professional references.
Repeat candidates for the LARE only need to download and return the 1 page registration form for the administration of the LARE that they wish to take.
