Thanks to our affiliate members' donations the Barnwell District has enhanced and increased its environmental educational programs. Without these donations the Barnwell Conservation District would not be able to provide the educational programs and technical assistance that promote the wise use of our natural resources.

Our environmental educational programs are available for schools, scout troops, churches, garden clubs, and other organizations interested in learning more about taking care of our natural resources.

The commissioners of the Barnwell Soil and Water Conservation District are committed to helping Educate Barnwell County's children and landowners about our natural resources. It is our goal that land-users and students develop an understanding of inter-relationships of man, water, soil, air and wildlife.

The Barnwell District is a non-profit organization that depends on financial support from Affiliate Members. Through your donation, the District is better able to promote conservation in all schools in the county and sponsor the various programs available to promote conservation stewardship within Barnwell County.
