Capers Island Heritage Preserve

Directions

Access to Capers Island is by boat only, to the front beach or the dock on the southwest corner of the island.

Nearby public landings include:

• Wild Dunes Marina at 21st Ave. on the Isle of Palms
• Garris Landing - from Charleston take U.S. 17 north approx. 17 miles to Sewee Road. For additional information on Garris Landing, call the USFWS at Cape Romain Wildlife Refuge (843)928-3264.
