Cartwheel Bay Heritage Preserve

Directions

To reach the preserve from Conway, take US Highway 701 north to the fork with SC Highway 410. Take the left fork on 410 and continue to the intersection with County Road 19 at Playcard Crossroads. Turn left on 19 and travel about 8 miles. You will see Cartwheel Community Center on your right as you travel County Road 19. After passing the community center, travel about two tenths of a mile and turn left on a dirt road that travels between two small red houses. The road travels through a farm field and into the preserve.
