Peachtree Rock Heritage Preserve

Directions

Peachtree Rock Heritage Preserve (PTR HP) is located (33° 49' 41"N, 81° 11' 56"W (NAD27)) in Lexington County, South Carolina approximately 2.5 miles south of the little town of Edmund. U.S. Highway 6 defines the southwest property line. To reach PTR HP from Columbia, take SC Highway 302/Edmund Hwy south past Columbia International Airport. Highway 302 will merge with Hwy 6. Veer left—toward Swansea—on Hwy 6 approximately 2 miles past the merge of Hwy 302 and Hwy 6. The preserve's parking lot and trailhead are located on the corner of Hwy 6 and Peachtree Rock Road.
