Peters Creek Heritage Preserve

Directions

From Spartanburg take E. Main St. (US 29) east to Heywood Ave. Go north on Heywood Ave. which will become Cannons Campground Rd. Follow Heywood Ave./Cannons Campground Rd. about 4.5 miles to Kelly Rd. on the right.

From I-85 take Exit 80 (Gossett Road) and go south to Cannons Campground Road. Go right on Cannons Campground Road to Kelly Road on the left (less than 1/10 mile).

Follow Kelly Road for 0.6 miles to an obscure dirt road on the right. Turn onto the dirt road and go to the parking area on the right (about 100 yd.) under a powerline right-of-way. The trail network begins at the parking area.
