Atmospheric Deposition
Atmospheric deposition of contaminants is monitored at Bear Island Wildlife Management Area through a cooperative program with USEPA and the National Atmospheric Deposition Program. Another atmospheric deposition site operated by the Division is located at the Marine Resources Center in Charleston. The data from both sites can be viewed at the NADP website (nadp.sws.uiuc.edu).
