DNR Managed Lands Regulations

The SC Department of Natural Resources Rules and Regulations for Heritage Preserves and Wildlife Management Areas (WMA) are printed after the end of the legislative session. The printed publication 2012-2013 Rules and Regulations (file size 8M) is available in the Adobe PDF file format. The rules and regulations are released prior to some late legislation or regulation changes; therefore, any discrepancy between this publication and any statute or regulation shall be governed by the statute or regulation. Also, errors sometimes appear in the publication and news releases are published to clarify these situations.
