May 31 deadline for Adopt-A-Covey Program

During the recent annual Wild Quail Management Seminars, Donnie Buckland, Senior Vice President, Quail Unlimited (QU), presented Judy Barnes with a print in appreciation of her effort in the Budweiser/Quail Unlimited Adopt-A-Covey Program. Barnes, Certified Wildlife Biologist, DNR Small Game Project, judged a number of the applicants from the southeast and provided comments regarding appropriate management techniques.
