Savannah river committee meets march 17 in columbia
South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford's Savannah River Committee of South Carolina will meet 10 a.m. Monday, March 17 at the Rembert C. Dennis Building, Room 335, 1000 Assembly Street, in Columbia.
Gov. Sanford established the committee by executive order in conjunction with the Governor's Savannah River Committee of Georgia to identify and discuss issues of mutual interest related to the water resources of the Savannah River Basin. Former state Sen. Robert Waldrep from Anderson County chairs the committee.
