Marine Advisory Committee to meet Sept. 11 in Charleston
The Marine Resources Advisory Committee to the S.C. Natural Resources Board will meet 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 11 in the Auditorium at the Marine Resources Division in Charleston.
The Marine Resources Advisory Committee is the liaison to the S.C. Natural Resources Board, the policy making body for the S.C. Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Natural Resources Board member John P. Evans of Orangeburg is chairman of the Marine Resources Advisory Committee. Meeting topics include information pertaining to the blue crab fishery, cobia research and the late fall recreational shrimp fishery. The meeting is open to the public.
