What information does SCDNR want?

SCDNR hopes to collect the following information for each returned tag and online submittal:

• Angler’s name and address (email optional)
• Date and time the fish was caught
• General location where the fish was caught
• Species of Trout (brown, rainbow or unknown)
• Fish length
• Tag color and number
• If the fish has one or two tags
• Whether the fish was kept or released
