Paula Deen’s Cole Slaw

South Carolina Wildlife TV Show

1 bag Broccellini slaw mix (or regular slaw mix if you can’t find broccellini)
½ cup celery chopped
¼ cup spring onion, chopped
1 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
½ cup slivered almonds, toasted (heat in dry pan for 2 minutes, watch closely or will burn!)
½ red/yellow or bell pepper, chopped

Mix in large bowl and add dressing:

Dressing:
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sweet relish (I use artichoke)
1 tablespoon honey

Mix and add to vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Let stand in fridge overnight or for several hours.
