DNR is working with several partner agencies to restore many of Upstate streams to a more natural balance. The eastern brook trout stands to gain the most from these restoration projects. And the fishermen who support this multi-million dollar industry can expect to find a greater population of brookies in their favorite “honey holes.” DNR biologist Dan Rankin will take us through the process.
