Cooper River

Site Captain Mark Musselman with the SC Audubon Society found a creative way to clean the banks and marshes of the Cooper River across from the Old Navy base in Charleston SC. With some help from a barge donated by Salmons Dredging and a large dumpster donated by Fennell Containers the volunteers ‘ferried’ trash from the shoreline and the marsh to the barge and dumpster via canoes and kayaks.
