111; Blackville 3 W, September 4, 1925, and Calhoun Falls, September 8, 1925

Calhoun Falls and Blackville's high temperature of 111 degrees on the 8th was the state's maximum temperature in September 1925. There was unprecedented heat with high, record-breaking temperatures for over three weeks that September.
