Description

Beaverdam Shooting Range is located in Edgefield County on the Sumter National Forest. The range is owned and operated by the U.S. Forest Service. Open year-round, Beaverdam Shooting Range offers eight firing lines with left or right benches. The range offers 25- and 100-yard backstops. Shooters are required to bring their own targets and follow all regulations posted at the site. Shooters under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Directions

Follow SC Route 23 1.9 miles south from Edgefield. Turn right on Walker Road and continue 5.0 miles. Turn left onto SC Route 283 and continue for 4.1 miles until you reach Turkey Road. Turn left and follow for 0.6 miles to entrance on left.
