How can I transfer a falconry permit from another state to South Carolina?
- Provide a copy of your valid out-of-state falconry permit

- Apply for a South Carolina falconry permit
Raptors taken from the wild for falconry can be trapped in South Carolina from August 1 - January 31.
Please notify the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources within 30 days.
