Archaeological excavations and tabby restoration are taking place at Fort Frederick Heritage Preserve in Beaufort County, and you are invited to join us!

Come to the preserve on one of four Friday Public Days to learn about the history of Fort Frederick, how to make tabby, and what the archaeologists are discovering.

Guided tours will begin at 11am and 2pm. Please call Meg Gaillard, SCDNR Heritage Trust archaeologist at 803-734-0658 to schedule groups of 20 or more.
