What is the Clean Vessel Act?
Marinas wishing to participate in the CVA reimbursement program are to submit the following forms every year to the CVA team at SCDNR regardless of previous participation in the CVA program:
- Proposal Submission Form
- PreAward Subrecipient Risk Assessment
- O&M Letter of Intent
- SAM.Gov UEI Check
Deadlines
2023-2024 Grant Timelines
Submit a request for reimbursement after the end of each quarter to grantsubmissions@dnr.sc.gov.
Subrecipient Request For Funds
- July 1st 2023 - Beginning of fiscal year 2024.
- July 1st-September 30th 2023 - 1st Quarter
- October 1st-December 31st 2023 - 2nd Quarter
- January 1st- March 31st 2024 – 3rd Quarter
- April 1st- June 30th 2024- 4th Quarter
- June 30th 2024 - End of fiscal year 2024.
- July 15th 2024 - Final Request for reimbursement accepted for fiscal year 2024.
